From the start of each assignment, two Partners take joint responsibility for ensuring successful completion. Both Partners take the Client briefing together, research target sectors together, then contact and screen candidates directly themselves.

The company has developed a detailed and carefully structured screening process, from the first point of contact with a candidate to the taking up of references on the successful individual and then following up after his or her appointment. 

Each candidate is first contacted directly by a Partner. He/She receives a high quality, professional briefing document. Candidates are interviewed, through a structured and focused approach, and screened for his or her suitability for an appointment. 

A detailed, confidential Candidate Report is presented to the Client on each shortlisted candidate, with a Partner actively maintaining the progress of each assignment.
