The Perseus Partnership has developed its own ‘in-house’ approach to senior level recruitment assignments. In short time frames, this approach has consistently delivered high calibre shortlist candidates who have matched the Client’s brief and its corporate culture.
At the start of each assignment, a Partner will take a very detailed Client briefing. All research into target sectors and prospective candidates is undertaken in-house. Candidates are contacted and screened directly by a Partner, and not by a researcher or third-party. The recruitment process is managed very proactively by a Perseus Partner.
The Perseus Partnership represents each Client honestly and professionally and, at every stage in the recruitment process, maintains frequent, open communications with both candidates and the Client.
The company has developed a detailed and carefully structured screening process, from the first point of contact with a candidate to the taking up of references on the successful individual and then following up after his or her appointment.
