The company has developed a detailed and carefully structured screening process, from the first point of contact with a candidate to the taking up of references on the successful individual and then following up after his or her appointment.

Each candidate receives a high quality, detailed briefing document explaining the role, the company and its culture. Candidates are interviewed through a structured and focused approach, and screened for their suitability for each appointment.

A detailed, confidential Candidate Report is presented to the Client on each shortlisted candidate, with a Partner actively maintaining the progress of each assignment.
